ther than producing filter mesh and filter felt, SHARE is also capable of fabricating various kinds of filter elements made of synthetic-fiber woven filter mesh (polyester filter mesh, polyamide/nylon filter mesh and polypropylene filter mesh). Our specially-designed machines and capabilities in production and fabrication enables us to make special mesh filters cut and fabricated to clients' needs.

 

Here are some examples of fabricated filters SHARE is able to supply for our clients.

 1.  Mesh Ribbions---Mesh can be cut to 20mm width, heat-slitting makes the mesh edge closed and welded without any thread fraying from the mesh.

 2.  Mesh Filter Bags---Mesh is able to be processed and engineered into any size of filter bags, such as pyramid tea bags, flat mesh filter bags...

 3.  Stamped Mesh Pieces---SHARE is capable of stamp mesh filter into different shapes, sizes up to client's requirements.
