SHARE has been in the filter mesh production filed for more than 30 years, introduced Swiss Weaving Looms, German Weaving Reeds, SHARE is capable to producing polyester filter mesh and nylon filter mesh with rating from 10um to 1500um.
With our capabilities in producing stable filter meshes, SHARE is also supplying clients with different fabricated mesh filters, such as hot-slitting mesh ribbons, heat-sealed mesh filter bags (such as medical biopsy bags, tea bags), cold-stamping mesh pieces (such as round mesh discs, long mesh piece, etc).
Heat-slitting mesh ribbon, with our special-designed cutting machine, SHARE is able to supply clients with mesh ribbon as narrow as 1 inch or 2.54cm.
Other than fabricating mesh filters, SHARE is able to over-mold plastic with filter mesh, these over-molded or insert-molded plastic filters can be used for medical filtration, automotive filtration, construction sifting or filtration, home appliance filtration and more industries asking liquid filtration, dust sifting with over-molded plastic filters or insert-molded plastic filters.
