More than 30 years of producing experience in filtration (filter media), SHARE has combined filter media with injection molding to make molded plastic filters for industrial applications, such as automotive, health care, home appliance, agricultural, food and beverage, chemical processing and many industries requiring filter media and filter parts/components.
Filter media is available in synthetic filter meshes, including Polyamide Filter Meshes, Polyester Filter Meshes, Polypropylene Filter Meshes and Polyethylene Filter meshes and metallic filter meshes (brass mesh, stainless steel filter meshes...), micron ratings range from 5um to 2000um. Needle punched Filter Felts can also used for injection for liquid filtratioin, dust collection application. Plastic resins can be available from the markets, such as ABS, PP, PA6, PA66+Glassfiber, POM, PBT...
Our fabrication capabilities enable SHARE to make filter components in different shapes/styles for our injection moldings as well as finished fabricated filter elements for our clients.
Now SHARE is producing and supplying markets from filter media, fabricated mesh filter components to molded plastic filters.
